1. About Red Jar

Red Jar is a small, family-run venture offering homemade Andhra-style pickles, including chicken and prawn pickles.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and information are accurate. As our products are homemade, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture and consistency may occur between batches. Customers should review product and ingredient information before placing an order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been generated.

Red Jar reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraudulent transactions, pricing errors or product unavailability. Payments received for orders cancelled by Red Jar will be refunded.

4. Made-to-Order Preparation and Cancellation

Our products are prepared on a made-to-order basis. Once an order has been placed and successfully paid for, cancellation is not permitted, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Red Jar. 5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price at checkout will be charged. Payments must be completed using the payment methods available on our website. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Product Handling and Allergies

Customers should follow the storage and handling instructions provided on product packaging. Our products may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions or may not be suitable for certain dietary requirements. Customers should review available ingredient information before ordering.

8. Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Products

Customers should report damaged, leaking or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs or videos where possible. For reporting instructions and available resolutions, refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy. This reporting period does not restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate order and delivery information, use the website only for lawful purposes, avoid fraudulent orders or payment activity, and not misuse, disrupt or compromise website operations.

10. Intellectual Property

The Red Jar name, logo, photographs, text, graphics and website designs belong to Red Jar or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Red Jar will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and fulfil orders. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
